We developed a bespoke Windows application booking system for Medicot to use in their office. This allows them to add courses, take bookings, generate paperwork and analyse their data.
When a booking is taken, the paper work (joining instructions, invoice, terms and conditions) is automatically created and printed so it can be sent off.
Website integration
When Medicot commissioned a new website, we were asked to put the information about course places on it. We worked to the chosen graphic designer's specifications and developed a system that automatically updates the Medicot website every 10 minutes with details of the courses they are running and how many places are left on each course.
